APRN- Primary Care

JOB SUMMARY: Under indirect supervision, provides independent primary care in the medical practice setting providing care to patients 6 months and up in an acute care setting. Functions as active member of interdisciplinary team that provides healthcare in a medical office setting.

STAUS/HOURS: Full Time (Varied Hours)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Master's in nursing degree with emphasis in nurse practitioner. Valid KY RN License. Valid KY APRN license. Current CPR.

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
